Apple Crisp with Homemade Granola Topping

- 500 grams apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp peanut butter runny
- 3 tbsp raw honey runny
- 1 egg
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp Chia seeds
Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease the 11x7" casserole dish.
Peel, core and chop apples into 1/2" or smaller pieces and add to the casserole dish.
Add cinnamon, lemon juice and brown sugar to the apples. Mix well until apples are completely coated.
Sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of chia seeds on top of the apples.
Scoop 3 heaping tbsp of peanut butter and 3 heaping tbsp of raw honey into the microwaveable bowl. Heat until runny, approximately 30 seconds.
Add the oats, eggs and salt to the mixture and stir to combine.
Cover the apple filling with the granola topping, and bake in preheated oven until the granola is a golden brown. Approximately 25-30 minutes
